Property Inspection.
What sort of report is required? We offer a wide variety of services which can be tailored to suit your particular needs. These include:
RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Survey and Valuation Report.
This is a RICS survey format which has been developed to provide an economically priced mid range report on houses, flats and bungalows that are conventional in style and which date from the Victorian period onwards. It has been designed to provide the purchaser with information on essential and routine repairs utilising a user friendly condition rating approach and includes an opinion on value.
Level 3 Building Survey.
Formerly known as the Full Structural Survey, this is a comprehensive illustrated report which also covers all aspects of the property, but in greater detail than the Homebuyers Report. It is particularly useful with older or dilapidated properties and can also include property specific advice on future development such as loft conversions and extensions. The Building Survey concludes with a summary of essential repairs and it includes useful maintenance advice and can also include a valuation if required.
Valuations & Condition reports.
We can also provide valuation reports for shared ownership or Help to buy loans , for probate purposes or for matrimonial settlements and can also offer bespoke reports on specific property concerns.
