Meet Mason Archer

Peter Dowling BA (Hons), MSc, DipS, MRICS, A B Eng

Mason Archer is  based in Buckhurst Hill, Essex and Peter has extensive experience of working in East London and South West Essex including the Woodford, Loughton,  Epping and Chigwell areas amongst others. Peter originally gained experience working in his family’s North Chingford building and decorating company.

Now, with over 30 years experience in the sector, and having become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2003, Peter’s experience includes property surveys; valuations; lease extensions; providing expert witness reports (as required by the Civil Procedure Rules); dealing with property disrepair and maintenance issues; schedules of condition and dilapidation and preparing party wall awards. Peter is also an RICS accredited valuer.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying (General Practice-Merit)
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
• Associate Member of the Association of Building Engineers (A B Eng)
