The RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Survey and Valuation – a value for money report covering most types of housing including bungalows and flats. This survey includes an inspection & report and it can include a valuation. This service aims to help the buyer’s purchasing decisions  & makes recommendations on any repairs or essential work.

Level 3 Building Surveys - A customisable & bespoke report which details aspects of a building’s condition, including technical information on materials used as well its construction. The building survey is usually recommended with older properties, or when considering significant renovations or conversions. This report can include a valuation on request and for an additional charge.

Valuation reports & condition reports centred upon specific repair concerns.
